Great Crested Grebe sketch by Raymond Gallier
Our Kidderminster branch welcomes members, friends, birders and frequently non- birders - who are usually interested in wildlife and conservation in general - to their friendly indoor meetings and field trips.
The branch takes special interest in the conservation work carried out by Wyre Forest District Council at its Hurcott Nature Reserve* and this is marked by the siting of a 'Great Crested Grebe Identification Board' near to the old boat house there.
The branch is manages a conservation project at Bodenham Arboretum.
Ornithology in Staffordshire, Warwickshire, Worcestershire & the West Midlands county, since 1929.
