In absolutely awful weather conditions - almost dark and sheeting it down with rain - whilst waiting for my wife's train, I sat overlooking the railway at Tame Bridge which is between Walsall and West Bromwich. On the overhead wire supports for the railway landed a Blackbird which started singing (just like a Blackbird).
