Sunday 3 7am–8:30pm (approx.)	WMBC Birmingham Branch field trip	RSPB Minsmere (TM473672 )	RSPB reserve par excellence. Coastal aspect with a wide range of habitat promises the likes of Bearded Tit, Avocet, Hobby, Little Tern and more — a feast. Cost £14.00
Wednesday 6 6:45–9:30pm	WMBC Stafford Branch field trip	Gradbach (SJ998663 )	Evening ramble. Meet at the Gradbach car park hidden down the small side road. The Gradbach start gives us plenty of opportunities to choose from: a moorland stroll for Red Grouse/Curlew etc., or a river valley for the riparian birds.
Friday 15 June 2007 7:30–9:30pm	WMBC Tamworth Branch field trip	Cannock Chase (SK004204 )	Nightjar Walk. Meet main entrance. Meet at Seven Springs Car.
Sunday 17 7am–8:30pm (approx.)	WMBC Birmingham Branch Summer Special field trip	RSPB Lakenheath Fen (TL724866 ), Weeting Heath (West Norfolk, TL756881 ) and Paxton Pits (Cambs, TL196629 )	A day's round trip of birding with potential for summer specialities: Golden Oriole, Stone Curlew and Nightingale — with any luck! Cost £15.00

Friday 29 8:30–10:30pm	WMBC Stafford Branch field trip	Cannock Chase (SJ998168 )	Our annual trip, on one of the shortest nights of the year, to see Nightjars, the Cannock Chase highlight species. Meet at the ‘Rifle-range corner’ on the Penkridge to Rugeley road. We will certainly finish in the dark, and so a torch might be useful. Walking: possibly 1–2 miles over loose surface paths. Change of venue: Meet at the Springslade Cafe, off Camp Road.
