Visiting Hickling Broad and Stubb Mill; Salthouse (Cley), Holkham and Titchwell — weather, tides and birds (of course) may decide detail. Waders, wildfowl and sea birds are certain, winter migrants: Snow Bunting, Shore Lark etc.; perhaps Cranes, Harriers and Owls, who knows? Tremendous potential. Cost: Around £44 per person per night. A deposit of £20 per person required, with cheques made payable to ‘The Beaumaris Hotel’. Car sharing on Saturday may be more practical to minimise convoy size. |
