There are some corrections, for the Bird Report for 2000:
One circled over Alvecote and attempted to land on May 21st AA, before flying off to the south-east. Presumably the same bird was seen later by the River Anker at Hartshill on May 28th TL. There were several other unconfirmed sightings in the Atherstone and Mancetter areas up to June 12th. This was the third county record, with previous birds in July 1992 and July 1995.
